Performance

Results 2019 (most recent published school data)

Church Stretton School students celebrated their GCSE results with 73% of students achieving a standard pass grade of ‘4’ (equivalent to C grade) in both English and maths whilst 59% of students achieved the more demanding grade 5 in both subjects!

Student performance in core subjects included 86% of all students achieving at least a grade 4 in English with 80% achieving a grade 4 or higher in maths. Once again, an impressive 70% of students achieved the more demanding grade 5 in English and 63% achieved a grade 5 in maths.

There were many outstanding individual performances and we are delighted that so many students have obtained the grades required to pursue their ambitions. These results are a reflection of the students’ outstanding work ethic as well as the commitment from teachers who put in so many hours of work and the parents who supported their children and the school so well.

We wish this group well in their future studies and work and thank them for their contribution to the life of the school.

Published Results below are for examination year 2018/19
