Who to Contact

If you have a concern or question about your child’s progress, education, or life at school, you should contact the School Main Reception in the first instance. The School Office Staff will always be pleased to advise you as to whom can best deal with your concerns.  Please telephone 01694 722209

The School welcomes comments, particularly constructive ones, from parents as these can often help improve the standards of the service the School provides.

If a parent is unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of their child’s education or treatment at school they are encouraged to communicate the problem as soon as possible. In these instances we hope you will let a member of staff know of your concern so that we can work together to resolve the problem.

Option 1:

If you have questions about any of the topics in the table below, or would like to speak to a member of staff:

  •  Email or call the school Reception office on office@csschool.co.uk   01694 722209
  •  Put the subject and the name of the relevant member of staff (from the list below) in the subject line (for emails).
  •  We will forward your request on to the relevant member of staff.

Remember: check our website first.  Much of the information you need is posted there.

 Option 2:

If you have questions about any of the topics in the table below, or would like to speak to a member of staff:

  •   Email the most appropriate address.
  •   Include your child’s full name in the subject line along with their form group.

 We try to respond to all emails within 2 working days.
